Guided shipping from Client Care
There is no separate retail welcome kit product. You start the guided order; after Shopify Checkout, Client Care emails tracked, insured instructions for ashes or fur. Purchases are sold by Zyra Ltd, Colorado, United States. From completed checkout to insured delivery, most orders take about 10–12 weeks.
